WELCOME

Buckeye Community Services (B.C.S.)  is a private not-for-profit
agency that was incorporated in June of  1977.  The agency has
provided residential services to persons with mental retardation and
developmental disabilities for nearly 30 years.

Buckeye Community Services serves approximately 130 consumers
in seven Southeastern Ohio counties:  Pike, Jackson, Meigs, Vinton,
Athens, Gallia and Hocking.  There are eight Group Homes and an
Assimilated Program which includes Foster Care Homes and
Supported Living settings.  The Assimilated Program involves clients
living in a community setting, either in their own homes, apartments
or with a foster family.
